1. What V Move You does

V Move You lets users upload files up to 800 MB and create a shareable download link. The service is designed for temporary file sharing, not permanent storage. No account is required to create a standard transfer link.

2. Information we process

When you use the service, we may process:

• Uploaded files and technical file details, such as file name, type, and size.
• Transfer metadata, such as creation time, expiry time, share code, and download count.
• Basic visitor activity needed for live visitor counts and service protection.
• Admin account details for authorized site administration.

The current upload flow does not require sender email, recipient email, or message text. If optional fields are added later, that information will only be used to operate the transfer feature shown on the site.

3. File retention and expiry

Transfer links are temporary. New transfers are intended to expire after 3 days. After a link expires, the download page may show the transfer as expired and access to the file should no longer be available. V Move You may remove expired files and related metadata as part of routine maintenance.

4. Transfer history on your device

The Transfer History section saves recent transfer links in your browser on the device used to create them. This helps you reopen links and check real download counts. This local history is not a login account and may disappear if you clear browser data, use a different browser, or switch devices.

5. Downloads and share links

Anyone with a valid transfer link may open the download page until the link expires. You should only share links with people you trust. Download counters are provided for basic visibility and may increase when a download starts.

6. Cookies and local storage

V Move You uses essential browser storage for features such as the cookie notice, transfer history, admin session handling, and visitor session counting. These tools help the site work properly and are not intended to sell personal information.

7. Security

Uploaded files are stored in private storage and download access is provided through time-limited links generated by the service. No website can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading passwords, financial records, government IDs, or highly sensitive confidential files unless you are comfortable sharing them through a temporary link.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use V Move You to:

• Upload malware, viruses, phishing files, or harmful code.
• Share illegal, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or hateful material.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Distribute spam or content that violates applicable law.

We may remove transfers, restrict access, or block misuse when we believe these rules have been violated.

9. Legal terms

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. V Move You is not responsible for files users choose to upload or share. Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to share their content and for keeping important files backed up elsewhere.

If you need help with a transfer, want to request deletion, or believe content violates this policy, contact V Move You through the website owner’s available contact channel and include the transfer link or share code so the request can be reviewed.
